demo cd coming soon!

I'm so excited about what our band is doing. We have been working on our demo CD and now we've got 3 original songs ready to put out there. They are almost finished and I really like how they are turning out...quite a collaboration and mix of styles..sort of Steely Dan meets Bonnie Raitt...stay tuned.

now that I'm half a century

I'm looking forward to trying lots of new foods. One new food that really interests me is Thai. My friend is taking me to a really good Thai place for my late birthday lunch. That is something to look forward too...all the spicy sauces and that peanut dressing that is so good on cold iceberg lettuce. I am also going to try something new at Macaroni Grill when I go tomorrow night. I'm really looking forward to their house wine and bread. Eggplant sounds excellent. One thing I have been meaning to do is exercise. I admit, I've been a slacker in that area. Yes, I must shed a few pounds to make it possible to eat all these wonderful new foods. Not to mention, my cholesterol needs to come down some. I want to live as long as possible 'cause there is so much out there to enjoy and so much life to live. There is much more I want to experience and create before I reach that ultimate place of experience and creation...heaven. I wonder if there will be a really good pastrami sandwich there.
